As a life-long Alaskan, Paula has committed her professional energies into developing employees in a multitude of industries. For the past 17 years, working in the healthcare field, her experience has been focused in business development assisting practices with strategic planning, electronic records implementation, process alignment, finance and benchmarking, marketing and human resources.  She has been invited as a speaker at the 2008 National MGMA conference, as well as the local AKMGMA state conference.

 In 2007 she was awarded the Psychologically Healthy Workplace Award and continues to strive in promoting healthy and productive work environments. In 2010  Paula has been able to follow her dream to work with diverse groups including Alaskan native corporations, construction and oil companies, as well as state and federal agencies.
